أثر استخدام ادوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة خدمات كبار السن

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة خدمات كبار السن، واستعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وطبقت على عينة قصدية بلغ عددها (30) عاملاً. أظهرت النتائج ما يلي:
أن تطبيق أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي له تأثير إيجابي قوي وملموس على تحسين جودة الخدمات، بينما كان تأثير كل من المعرفة والتوجه نحو الذكاء الاصطناعي إيجابيًا غير دال إحصائيًا، وأن تطبيق ادوات الذكاء الاصطناعي تؤثر بشكل إيجابي قوي على تحسين جودة خدمات كبار السن وهذا التأثير الإيجابي يعكس تطبيق ادوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في يسهم تحسين جودة خدمات كبار السن، وأن التوجه للذكاء الاصطناعي في تؤثر بشكل إيجابي غير دال احصائيا على تحسين جودة خدمات كبار.
